The washer was mentioned as being the offending component a long time ago.
Unless the US has been sent special crap HP pumps that the other countries don't get, then it's ethanol reducimg the lubrication and increasing the friction. That's where heat comes in to increase the friction and therefore the noise.

You seem to be against any feedback that may not agree with your theory. That's certainly a strange way of helping contribute to a possible solution. I simply post my findings here from my personal experience. People can do what they want with the information. Should you personally want to ignore it and say I'm wrong, that's fine. I hope others find what I post more useful.
