If it was $3.70 for 93 octane E20 and $4 for 93 octane without ethanol then, apart from the extra 5 miles to get it, it costs the same.
The E20 contains 7% less energy and costs 7% less so you will get the same miles per $.
The 5 miles costs 65c or $1.30 if it's a 10 mile round trip.
