Unless you are turbocharged or supercharged you really don't need to upgrade the port fuel injectors. If you are boosted then you just replace the 4 port fuel injectors and upgrade the fuel pump etc.
The DI injectors aren't really going to be touched at most power levels.
What size you need depends on many variables such as power and fuel type. For E85 at least in my case anything smaller than 900cc isn't worth bothering with.
