This does not sound like the greddy, have it on my big turbo sti that is now externally gated. The greddy is a straight rush of air.
There is a mobile phone app where you can listen to the greddy BOV if you don't believe me go dl it.

I have had a turbo on my car for the better part of 5yrs, if I wanted to listen to a BOV, I would just go start my car.
If your WG is fluttering and it's the most noticeable sound from the car as it decelerates, I would have to ask....what's wrong with your BOV...lol. Your car is not functioning properly if the WG flutters sorry...
PS...what's in the video is not WG flutter, it's a BOV. I was just guessing on it being the GReedy, I don't remember what the GReedy sounds like off the top of my head.
