We see this problem when there isn't a consistent internet connection and the tune fails to apply. What's going on is EcuTek's software requires validating the license with their servers during every flash. We realize how inconvenient that can be when you're on the road without reception or internet and we've been working with them on a solution. It really is a pretty isolated incident though.

CORRECTION: when the flashing process fails, you lose the license which then has to be re-issued. That's the part that requires the internet connection. You can flash without active internet connection. I apologize for the error. ProECU update tomorrow should be rectifying this issue.
