I'm using an iPhone 5. I have the entune app installed and when I connect it via usb, a pop-up confirms the internet connection with my phone. However, when I go to any of the apps, I get the service provider unavailable message. Anyone run into this issue?

easy. first off, setup entune account (you will need to use a Toyota VIN number since scions dont ever have entune from the factory. second, install entune app on your phone, login. MAKE SURE "PERSONAL HOTSPOT" is enabled on your iPhone if you want wireless. on the touchscreen, go to settings, bluetooth, paired devices and select your phone. a new screen will pop up. first check "connect for music", then the next one is "connect for bluetooth" I think, then the last one says "connect for internet." to the right of the "connect for internet" button is a smaller square "setting" button, click that. a page will pop up for your settings. check the unchecked boxes (allow automatic address downloads and the other is something about allow udum accounts or something (going of memory). when you check one of those, it will take you to another screen where you will put in your entune login name and PW and check the box at the top of that menu. you DONT need to put in PROVIDER INFO (at least I dont with Verizon). thats it, enjoy weather, traffic, pandora... all wirelessly. IF you dont have wifi sharing with your cell provider, you will have to connect to the USB port. the entune apps gets its info from your phone via WiFi (not bluetooth, even though its still connected for phone functions, etc)
