Mirror is just the mirror, I can't remove the mount from the windshield without damaging the windshield. The mount shouldn't be any different as this is a dealer option. I don't know if the harness is easily removed, I haven't looked.
In your question, you asked if the mirror DOESN'T come with those items, to which I replied yes.
