I appreciate what you are saying here but I'm not sure where to draw the line. Perrin was on selling a Mocal part so is it Perrin's responsibility or Mocal's? I think Perrin is doing the appropriate thing.
There are no winners here. Yeah, it sucks but it will get sorted out in the end. The fact that will take time is unfortunate but.... c'est la vie.
