My dealership is slightly different with the pay plan and we dont offer the lifetime inspections free. But almost everything else you have said in the last 2 posts are accurate to my dealership as well. I have only been at my dealership for 4 years, but I go 1 step farther with giving back to the customers. My dealership hosts events for our previous customers and sometimes can get them into dealer only events. Like Scion Unveiling events. Oh and every tuesday night I go down the street to have dinner with a bunch of previous customers. I know its not much for those who only see $$, but its a lifetime of friendships and connections to the rest of us...

I do have access to it, but usually just log in to take my quarterly quizzes. My dealership does some events but not too may. Our Scion Champion handles all that stuff. I'll probably get more involved though once I get my FR-S.
