Pics of the mirror are in the OP. There's a single connector that hooks into the back of the mirror, I'll try and get a pic posted of that tonight. I don't have the car back from the body shop so I'm not sure what connector you would need to get if it's not already present in your car under the headliner (sometimes this stuff is).
