I don't think that is the norm for that install. I am sure someone who has done it can chime in, but I am confident that is way too long.
Also, the camber bushings are the proper way to adjust camber in the rear. The adjustable arms work, but changing the length of the lower control independently of the rest of the suspension arms is not the ideal solution if you are looking for a better performing end result. I think racecomp would agree.
