My FR-S live in 110+ heat all day in Arizona and I have never had this problem. I do have a custom dash-mat and use my heat shield sun visor as much as possible. I'm sure it's nothing to major, you should look into some ways to cover it up if it's in direct sunlight.

She's stiff as a goose. I tried yanking out the motor too, that was pretty stiff as well. So.. i'll try the flux capacitor next.
