We were planning our annual event there (ITR Expo) and they were beyond difficult to deal with and eventually pulled the date because they screwed up on Shen when they were building it. Instead of having us run one of the other courses, they were just complete jackasses. All good though, they lost the money, BeaveRun took us back with very little notice and we sold out quickly so it all ended well.. but it could have been bad. I avoid dealing with tracks that I've had issues with in the past (I mean running/organizing events there, not going to events at said location) simply because I don't have the free time and energy to expend on unresponsive people who I am paying 5 figures to for a service.
