Nope you can get brand new just the compressor wheel and housing on ebay or Kinugawaturbo.com
http://shopping.kinugawaturbo.com/. They run about $150-$200 for what we want. I've got a TD06 Housing with 20G Wheel on order right now. After doing further research I think a 25G is going to be better suited and I might try and change my order.
