OP, it's not necessarily a matter of having an app to do it, the phone would need to be able to detect/use the same frequencies as the car/fob. I have no idea what the car uses. If it's RFID and you have a newer phone that has an RFID scanner or a NFC chip, you may be onto something.

There's a bunch of other similar products out there that work on Android or iOS.
