If they can use an exhaust or an intake as added stress due to performace on a specific part than that's terms for a voided warranty. Manufactures have gotten a lot more strict with warranty procedures and policies in the last 3 or so years. Some times dealers can get things passed through warranty but if they want pictures and such or send out a rep than it turns sticky. Best of luck either way buddy and hopefully it's nothing serious.
