Comes back and tells me we can leave, I ask him for the offer sheet he made me sign and my transcript along with utility bill and he tells me NOPE your not getting it. He walks us to the door and my dad sees a car he likes a scion iq or something and asks him how much it cost then the guy says don't worry about its too expensive for you. I was like WTFFF (my dad didn't even notice how his attitude had changed he was just asking the price).

Is this cause for concern? I don't want him fired but I need to inform the manager of the dealership, right?

I seriously seriously recommend you report him to them by one of there ways of contact on the above site, they will probably take some action against him and also tell them you already posted the issue onto this forum and people will know about the despicable service if they don't take action. Most likely the dealer will reconsider the deal with you on the car and take disciplinary action on the douchebag.
