I would complain for sure. I would talk to the sales manager/owner dealerships are there to provide a service not to pressure you and belittle you and your family. Now about buying it there that is up to you either ask for a new sales man or go somewhere else. My sales guy didn't ever want to return any calls so I called and asked for someone else and he was awesome. Take your time don't just buy cause they slam there hands down and say sign. I walked out after the dealers 1st offer the APR was way too high. They came back with a better rate it's all in how you handle yourself don't look desperate LOL. But good luck in your search.
