We've done 18x9.5 +38 Grids and PWR's on our car, if you search for threads started by us you'll find them
+38 is pretty much the same as +40, pretty close to each other, 2mm won't make much of a difference in appearance
We did this with Eibach Sportline Springs before we got our KW V3 coilovers
