Got it. If that South African TSB is correct it describes this condition occurring when you are above 7k rpm in either 3rd, 4th, or 5th gear and then end up back above 5200rpm on the upshift. Not sure why this would not apply to 1st and 2nd (ECU must protect for this?)

Again, assuming all of this is even accurate.
