Short term, I think you need to be driving it VERY HARD to see early failures. @CSG Mike can better explain the abuse the CSG BRZ has taken prior to the failure. I suppose it doesn't help when the highest octane in California is 91.

Long term, no one knows. The majority of owners will probably full under this category.
