I never thought a four door car would inhabit my side of the garage, but our family grew by one in 2008, and the extra set of doors came in handy when getting our daughter in and out of her car seat. Now that she's homing in on five years old and can buckle herself in, I can see a two door in my not too distant future. I have not been as excited about a new car as I am about the Scion/Subaru. From what we know at this point, it has everything I want in a sporty, practical, RWD daily driver. I really dig the Ralley Blue color on the BRZ (my 2006 Miata was a similar blue), but I'm going to wait and see how the pricing structure of Scion vs. Subaru plays out. If the Subie Premium version is not too much more than the Scion, I'd be willing to shell out a little extra coin to see that beautiful blue in the garage every morning.

I look forward to sharing the experience of learning about this car as we head to release in the spring. It's a really exciting time.
