I had the cricket for a while now and taking it in this Friday to get it replaced. The chirp seem to be getting louder so needless to say I've been listening closely for that noise lately. Tonight when I pulled into my garage I heard the chirping again, only this time it was much louder and a different interval. So I popped my hood for a closer listen, but figured out the sound was way too much on the passenger side to be the fuel pump. Only then did I realize it was a real cricket on my garage floor Toyota could have picked a better animal sound for our engines to imitate...
