You can put a filter assembly right over the ITBs. That's what I've used in the past. Carbon housing are just fancy, I'd rather either run just the filter with ducting going to it or just weld up an aluminum duct/box for them..

if i were to run itbs thats how i would do it but the op is talking about some carbon housing running all the way to right behind the bumper
