It does when the guy is visibly pushing it, and later comes by the pit garage to find out what's under your hood and why he couldn't get away from you.
It ain't a ricer fly-by bro...Its easily noticeable when the other guy is pushing it to avoid letting you pass him, and when he's just babying it and leasiurly gives you the pass-by. It doesn't help it either when they come by afterwards and admit they were trying to keep up, or go faster than you...but end up getting passed anyway.
And no, I don't think I can beat every Z06, M3, Cayman S that ran the track...just because I've passed those cars before. It's about driver when comes to the track. So to say a car with X amount of dollars in it is going to automatically beat another car is a little far fetched.
