I have had my car brand new from Day 1 in 2009 right off the boat and did mine voluntary to get it out of the way.
I am sure there are going to be a friend of a friends cousin's brother twice removed stories going around the internet.
BMW did come forward and address the issue and extended the HPFP warranty. (That is what I meant about "non issue")
The 335/135 (here lets break it down N54/N55 engines) are great I'm sorry he went to a car that has been in need of a major overhaul for a couple years.
