I don't think anything could ever beat my two previous daily drivers.
I just got rid of my 95 honda civic lx sedan (I'm gonna miss that car) and that thing got great fuel mileage. Doing all highway I would get from 34-38mpg depending on certain days and the mood I'm in (65mph or 75mph). But I usually averaged about 33-34mpg combined.
Before the civic lx sedan, I had an ultra rare supremely fuel efficient 92 civic vx. I'm still in regret for not keeping that car! I once did 52mpg in that car. That car is so unbelievable on gas that it's dubbed a "Prius killer" by gas saving cultist. I normally averaged from 42-45mpg in that car. Sadly, the body rotted out and had no choice but to get rid of it. The engine purred like a kitten though at around 320,000kms. I should've at least stripped it and kept all the rare Vx parts... smh!
The frs will be a significant jump for me in fuel costs. Especially since now I have to fill up on premium. It will definitely be worth it though
As for the MR2... I don't even see a point in trying to count lol.
