Well I hate to give up on it but nothing I try seems to make any difference so I will have to see if I can exchange it. Meanwhile I think I am going to order a TUN21A. With it already rooted I should be able to use Titanium Backup on it for some peace of mind and I would like to have the capacitive touch screen.
