Those cars were $40k-$55k twenty years ago, that's about $60k-$80k now with inflation, you'd be better off comparing them to Boxster and Cayman sales numbers than FRS.

Comparing to recent Miata sales is a better measure of success (similar market, performance, price bracket) which is staggeringly in Toyobaru's favor which I'll admit I never expected, will be interesting when the refresh comes out.
