Pretty much. Bottom line is that most cars remain relatively stock through their useful life, or until they fall enough in price that they are used as "donor bodies" for builds.
There is always going to be a higher percentage of modded cars on a car enthusiast forum than in real life, so our view of the world here is skewed. Even with that, I'm willing to bet that over 50% of the cars represented on this forum would appear stock when you look at them in a photo.
Also, it would depend on what you mean by modded. I consider mine stock even though I have made some minor changes to it from the way it was delivered to me.
