Not produce this noise and operates the same. This is something will beg you to do. I didn't really care to much because I was aware of the issue and that it was harmless. But they did not want to take chances

If you have been reading, the chirp is caused by the ethanol in the gas, not the octane between 91 and 93. The ethanol content is what causes the lubrication issue with the pump chirping. Everyone that has gone to 0 ethanol for a tank or two has reported no chirping. Considering I've been using Chevron 93 the last 3 fuel ups, all I hear are crickets.
Also from what I've seen, a not so high success rate on the chirping going away with the "revised" pump.
