Toyota told him they are aware of the pump issues some customers are having (even the replacements) and want to start case files on some customers. I was told they need about 20 minutes to video my car and write down all of the serial numbers of the parts.

I'm not sure what will come of it but it sounds like they are at least trying and it was nice to hear that Toyota is aware of it. Stay tuned people.
Fantastic. I agreed to be a 'case car' and they did a shitload of tests on it and videotaped everything. They want me back in a month to do the same. Looks like they're trying.
