Toyota left some of it's identity (T) behind in the gauge cluster, dash panels and in the rear!
This was a joint venture between Toyota (exterior design with Subaru changing the front for their BRZ) and Subaru's chassis, drivetrain and boxer platform. Toyota utilized Subaru's FHI plant for production and both are essentially the same car with different spring rates.
