I get what you mean buddy but dont you find it odd that govt can dilly dally without penalties while we have to do everything they want unless we be willing to pay fines and penalties?

If their performance were based on their compensating they'd be offering us pre-paid LTO vehicle plates.

It gives a great opportunity to have custom plates but before the year's out it will be made obsolete. Right now I have to settle with a bond paper print out cause the MMDA wants to collect fines for their coding scheme.

BTW I noticed CATS (Mercedes Benz) never needing a conduction sticker. Is this a special arrangement?
