A couple of nights ago I saw a blue 2014 Subaru Forester with a LTO vehicle plate. I was surprise to see this as we were also the first to get it as well.
Perhaps the ending digit had something to do with it seeming we requested for Thursday/Friday.

As a temporary measure all new cars in Metro Manila which don't have plates yet are required to display the conduction sticker number of the car on the spaces allotted for regular license plates in front and at the rear of the car (Hence home made plates. Some just print out stickers, others are more fancy and have custom made euro style plates with the conduction sticker numbers on them). This allows the government to still implement their vehicle reduction scheme by using the last digit of the conduction sticker.
