A couple of nights ago I saw a blue 2014 Subaru Forester with a LTO vehicle plate. I was surprise to see this as we were also the first to get it as well.
Perhaps the ending digit had something to do with it seeming we requested for Thursday/Friday.

As such it can take you as long as a year to get your licence plate for a new car.
