Look at any white pearl paint job on any make/model and it is going to be the same thing. It's plastic and it has a flex agent added to the paint and clear coat so that when the soccer mom backs into your car in the parking lot and barely touches your bumper the paint doesn't crack and split.

It's visible on Cadillacs, Toyota, Lexus or any other pearl white paint job. Now if you want to spend $10 grand on a paint job, I'm sure a good custom painter can make it match but you're gonna pay the price. I'm sure there are 'tricks' to correct the problem, it's just that factories can't afford the cost or amount of time it takes to do it.
