Ok, two things will help understand why there wasn't so much pedal to the metal.
1. Andrew was kind enough to let us borrow the car for a review and the last thing anyone wanted; was to damage the car in any way, shape or form. With that said we did do a lot of full throttle scenes and you can see them mostly in the stationary camera shots.
2. Unfortunately due to the fact that its very hard to capture speed and high speed acceleration on video it just doesn't appear that we are putting the foot to the floor. The opening shots of the video, that was full throttle in second gear, and you can barely tell because once again capturing speed on camera is very very difficult.
We are working on it to try and create more entertaining episodes but like all things, it is a work in progress. Either way we just wanted to describe how awesome this car is and how for the money you really can't go wrong. Its a true drivers car! STi model would be SEXY AS HELL.
Next weeks episode will be of the S2000 and we are directly comparing if your better off getting the S2000 due to its higher horsepower. We shoot it this weekend, so we will see. I am routing for the BRZ to be better I'm not really a Honda guy lol.
