If its only out on a couple tabs stick your fingers through the holes and pull it/pop it back onto the bumper. I had to do that when a corner of the grill poped off on mine.
If that doesnt work just take off the front splash shield then you should be able to access it no problem.

It is only on a few tabs, but my fingers can't reach through the grill out the back.
I'll have to a home-made tool small enough to lift the bumper and get out of the way to secure the grill again.
