I'd say 5.8-6.7 seconds. I used this http://www.060calculator.com/

167hp at the flywheel (15% of 197hp) 2,600lbs = 6.5 if I did that wrong and it really is 197 at the flywheel, then it's 5.8 seconds.

It has similar numbers to a 2.0L Civic Si and that car hits 60 around 7 seconds...

0-60 times are hard to pin down anyway. Google any car 0-60 and you'll find a good 5 or 10 wildly different numbers...depends where you are in relation to sea level, temperature etc.
