Well, slightly off topic, but ok. You MUST (this is not optional) visit Melt Bar and Grilled (4 locations). One of the things we have in Cleveland is an overabundance of food. I'd also suggest the cafe in the West Side Market, followed by a stroll through the market itself if you have time. If you are in the mood for corned beef, Slyman's would be a solid bet, they make fantastic sandwiches.
Things to do: You're already doing the Rock Hall, a few steps away is the Great Lakes Science Center (aimed towards kids, but still fun for full-grown adults), maybe catch an Indian's game or visit the Horseshoe Casino.
While a run on the triple nickle is a good idea, keep in mind it is about 2.5 hours south of Cleveland. Budget your time wisely
