I wonder how much "final assembly" was done on these at the Toyota plant. I would guess that it would have to be significant enough to justify the cost of moving the cars, and glowy badges, dashes, and shift knobs does not seem like enough to justify that.

I was thinking about this and thought that it was logical that the paint would be only done by toyota since there is no reason for subaru to have the paint since they wont use it on their cars. Then it struck me that pain would have to be early step in assembly process so definatley woul have yo have been done by subaru... Unless the car was actually completley done in a toyota factory? Mayor parts were probably manufactured by subaru factory and put together at toyota? Maybe...
