You could set it up as a DRL, but it's not that noticeable in the day, as it looks much better in the dark.

Yes, the white bar are setup to turn on with the parking light, and the amber would only blink with signal light.

These light will come with the socket to plug into the existing connector for the signal light, and there is two additonal wires that need to tap into the same socket, which is really simple and can be done in minute.
