I wasn't seriously suggesting to install it upside down, but if you do install it upside down then it'll reverse the rotation of the wheels compared to the body.
It's easy (and possibly common) to do it with live axles. Not so probable with a full transmission.
To picture it, spin the wheels on a toy car in one direction, then turn the car upside down and notice which way the wheels are spinning.
I fully realize running an engine upside down wouldn't work in the slightest.
