I can understand if you dont like Lebron. I can understand you criticize him. What I can't understand is that just as people criticize him to no end, there should be a balance and give him props for the good things he does. That is all.


I respect people's opinion (saying he's an arrogant a-hole, that they wanted him to stay in Cleveland etc...) but why can't those same people just accept it? When he plays awesome, he just does. But no, even when he plays great, it is twisted in a way to make it seem like he didn't do this or that or could have done more. Why not just be a fan of the game of basketball and appreciate it?


To give a good example. I'm not a fan of Kobe, I hate how he hogs the ball BUT I admire him as a player, I believe he is one of the best all time to play the game, and I'm the first person to offer congratulations to Lakers fan when they win, or Kobe reaches a nice milestone. That is me the game of basketball fan. Why can't more people just appreciate it from a game of basketball perspective?

That doesn't mean I like the Lakers or Kobe, just that I can respect what he and his team stands for.
