1) Format a 32gb sd card as FAT32, put only the rom files from the original post on it, insert it, hold volume plus menu and it does do the update, over and over again, it just updates, reboots, updates, reboots, updates, etc. Is this normal? I have to pop the sd card out to get it to boot?
Seems very very odd. Maybe try a smaller ad card? Also are the files directly on the sd card or in a folder? If in a folder remove the files from the folder.
3) MCU update goes fine but when it reboots it tries to reload the rom and I have to do it all over again. Have to pop the SD card out as soon as it shuts down.
See 1?
4) Wifi works great on the front port (haven't tried the back yet)
Make sure u use a good hub!
5) Plugged bluetooth adapter in, load the quick bluetooth lite app, everytime i hit turn bluetooth on it flickers and unchecks the box. I'm assuming this means I have an unsupported device?
Has to be plugged in while the unit is off and then if the adaptor is compatible it will work here. If not it will flicker on and off.
7) Trying to get my HSPA working, took the sim card out of my phone (Telus) and entered all the APN info, won't find the signal so still playing with that.
The included modem is only for the 2100mhz spectrum, that could be your issue? (Looks like telus runs on 800 and 1900mhz)
