IDK if 2500 total FR-S's is many or few. I guess a different way to ask my question is, will these 10 Series Limited Editions venture into the price realm of a "collectible" car?

Yeah, that is basically what I'm saying, to be honest. At the end of the day it's still a sports car from Scion even though it's a limited production model. I'm not sure how far out of production a car has to be to become a collectible. It just has to be desired in the future and we only assume these cars will still be wanted 10 years from now, but maybe they won't. There's a reason affordable, RWD coupes disappeared from the market years ago and that reason could resurface.
