I still LOL at people getting upset that this thread gets hi-jacked or sidetracked. After all the title of the thread is: "What I found while searching the web".

It's not titled: "Official all-things-Innovate-SC thread".

So calm down and enjoy the show. I personally learned some things about CARB I didn't already know and didn't care to seek out for myself. Don't be afraid of debate, it of often moves the conversation forward.
