I think it just needs some smoothing, ie make all the letters fit inside the same pair of vertical parallel lines, fix some of the inconsistencies, and print it. I'm sure LM's plotter could cut a bunch of these pretty quick. They even have the backing paper and facilities to crank out a bunch of these pretty quick for pretty cheap. I may have to hit Eric or Matt up some time (Alex has been busy with the LM motorcycle and moped projects).
