Well, 70F start is better than a 40F start obviously; chances are it wasn't fully warm, as it usually takes about 10 minutes of driving before it starts to get to normal temps, but like I said above, once or twice is not going to kill your engine.

A little more wear and tear than you'd otherwise expect, but over 100,000 miles you'd hardly notice if it was just a couple of times.
