Small city but there are at least 3 FR-S/BRZ around, at least that I saw in the last couple months before I moved out. White FR-S, Ultramarine FR-S (possibly the one you saw), and a GBS BRZ. There's a windy, narrow mountain road that starts up near the water treatment plant/observatory...supposedly it's a blast to drive down at night
